The DAHER Airplane BU’s documentation department edits and delivers all the mandatory information to International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
In addition to handling Airworthiness Directives, which are edited by aviation authorities (the FAA in the U.S., and EASA for Europe), it processes the aircraft manufacturers’ technical publications – including pilot operating handbooks, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins.
In addition, DAHER Airplane BU’s documentation department manages the information from aircraft manufacturers needed for customer maintenance and training, such as the illustrated parts catalogue, service information letters, flight training agendas, and other material.
All of this documentation can be adapted by DAHER to an operator’s specific requirements and specifications – meeting its operational needs depending on aircraft type, fleet size and mission scenarios, as well as specific airframe modifications, repairs and system updates.
The TBM-MMA is a perfect example for which DAHER provides comprehensive technical documentation, from delivery through the aircraft’s operational lifetime.
This includes DAHER’s demonstrated capability with modifications on it current and legacy aircraft (the TBM, TB30 Epsilon, and TB family), along with modifications and repairs on other aircraft types – including the Embraer 121 Xingu, de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, helicopters and others.
