A global customer service network

A worldwide customer service network has been created by DAHER, with the capability to work on its own TBM aircraft family and provide technical assistance for all aircraft developed by the company.

Its worldwide support reputation is firmly established, backed by the following DAHER capabilities:

  • Availability of experts, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
  • Free on-line access to operating, tool drawings and maintenance documentation.
  • Free on-line spare parts ordering with prices and warranty claiming.

The heart of this network is at DAHER Airplane Business Unit’s headquarters and production facility in Tarbes, France, with the company’s presence in the Americas led by the DAHER’s American operations, SOCATA North America located at Pompano Beach, Florida.

Agreed service centers for TBM aircraft are being regularly added by DAHER.  The current list includes Casablanca, Morocco and South Africa for the African continent; Brazil and Chile for South America; Austria, Belgium, the Channel Islands, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, U.K., the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland for Europe; Australia and Malaysia, Singapore and Japan for the Asia-Pacific region; and numerous locations across the United States.
